Our Thoughts

The property was built in the early 90’s and the client wanted a refurb so that he could sell it in its best possible state. With a very small budget, we managed to replace all of the old dark wooden doors with white multi-panelled doors to brighten the hallway and other rooms. We replaced the lighting in the hallway, kitchen and bathroom and replastered those ceilings.
The kitchen was completely refurbished with new appliances, cupboards, and worktops. The bathroom was ripped out, newly tiled, bathroom furniture installed and plumbed in. We repaired the ceilings in the living areas after squirrels in the roof space had been disposed of. The property was then repainted from top to bottom.
