Having completed a number of new builds, we’ve learnt that there is much more legislation than with an extension/loft conversion, so much so, many builders tend to shy away from them. The health and safety considerations, checks at every stage for warranty, building control and financiers along with final sign off isn’t just something we’re comfortable with, it’s our everyday!

We’ve tackled all sorts and with older property, sometimes there are surprises from undiscovered fireplaces, to hidden storage rooms right through to a full well. We’ll work with you and find the right solution when the unexpected comes along.

We’ve completed quick remodels right up to new construction. From tiny toilets to couple’s bathrooms with double showers and matching baths, we’ve helped to plan, design, install & build them all.

Whether it’s fitting kitchens ranging from bargain retailers made to look high end to top end hand built units and bespoke finishings, creating kitchens is one of the things that our construction teams and carpenters do best.
